Leonard "Len" Constance (birth registered October→December 1922 (age 89–90) in Pontypool district[1] — death unknown) was a Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1940s and '50s who at representative level played rugby union (RU) for Hampshire, and at club level for Bristol, Portsmouth, Royal Navy, and Combined Services, playing at Fly-half, i.e. number 10, and at representative level played rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for St. Helens, Dewsbury, and Wigan, playing at Centre, or Stand-off/Five-eighth, i.e. number 3 or 4, or 6.[2]

International honours

Len Constance won caps for Wales (RL) while at St. Helens, and Dewsbury 1948…1951 3-caps.[3]
